Xekaman 1 Hydropower Plant is constructed on XeKaman river, Sanxay district, Attapeu province, Lao PDR. Xekaman 1 Hydropower Plant has a total capacity of 322 MW, including two levels: upper level is Xekaman 1 Hydropower Plant and lower lever is Xekaman Sanxay Hydropower Plant.
