On September 12, 2026, the Board of Directors of Song Da 9 Joint Stock Company issued resolutions on the reappointment of senior management personnel as follows:

• Mr. Quach Manh Hai was reappointed as Deputy General Director under Resolution No. 28/QD-HDQT;
• Mr. Tran The Anh was reappointed as Chief Accountant under Resolution No. 29/QD-HDQT.

Each reappointment is for a term of five years, commencing on August 5, 2026. The resolutions took effect on the date of signing.
