SONG DA 9 JOIN STOCK COMPANY

The Congress was organized successfully in two days, from May 28 to May 29.

Attending in the congress there were Mr. Ho Van Dung the Party Secretary and Chairman of Song Da Corporation, Mr. Tran Van Tuan member of Executive Committee of Business Sector cum Deputy Secretary and General Director of Song Da Corporation, and other former Party Secretaries.

From Song Da 9 there were members of the Standing Committee, members of Executive Committee, members of Inspection Committee term 2015-2020, member of Board of Director, Deputy General Director, Chief Accountant, Head of social-political organizations, department managers, deputy managers, subsidiaries’ Director, and especially 60 official representatives of the congress representing the solidarity of nearly 300 party members.

The congress summarized and comprehensively assessed the implementation of the Resolution of the Company’s 2015-2020 Party Congress, identified the main directions, objectives, tasks and solutions for the term 2020-2025. The Congress contributed comments to the draft Document of the 12th Party Congress of Song Da Corporation – JSC and the 13th Congress of the Party.

At the official session, the Congress elected the 16th Party Executive Committee of the Company for the term 2020-2025, including 15 members. The Executive committee held the first session, elected the Standing Committee including 5 members, electing the Secretary and Deputy Secretary, and Inspection Committee consisting of 3 members. Accordingly, Mr. Tran The Quang the Deputy Secretary of the 15th Party Committee and General Director was elected to the Party Secretary of the 2020-2025 Company Party Committee.

The Congress voted a Delegation to attend the 12th Party Congress term 2020-2025 including 12 members. In which, there are 11 official delegates and 2 alternates.
The Congress voted to approve the draft Congress Resolution with 100% of the delegates approving it. In the 2020-2025 term, the Company Party Committee focuses on marketing, bidding to find opportunities, maintaining the proportion of commercial electricity production at 34% to 36%, total production and business value of 4,858 billion VND, total sales of 4,643 billion VND, profit before tax of 467 billion VND, contribution to the State budget: 501 billion VND, investment value of 224 billion VND, average income of employees of 12,393 million VND each person per month, building a good team to meet the requirements of the company’s development tasks, improving the quality of Party activities, developing the Party’s works, improving the quality of leadership and competition.

Song Da 9’s Party Committee determined the overall goal in the term 2020-2025 that is: “Strengthening quality of leadership, building a clean and strong Party Committee, promoting innovation for integration, improving governance capacity, and maintaining the position and brand of Song Da 9”.
